Many thanks to Rebecca, whose blog can be found here. And Might I add that I’m totally jealous that she got to meet Josh Hutcherson! Eep!

I’ll Never Forget ~ I’ll Always Love Finnick ♥

thatknucklehead:

created covers for the hunger games trilogy.

these covers are based on three small things found in each book. three little things that contributed to victory, survival, and death.

Annie looked at her son, the boy who looked so much like the man she loved, and cried so hard she was unable to answer. Her son came up to her and asked “Mommy, why are you crying? Do you want a sugar cube?”

"You love me. Real? Or, not real?"

I cry everytime I read it because it’s just. so. powerful. It’s powerful because he means it on so many other levels than just that one. He means it in a completely different way  and yet totally the same way Snape meant it for Lily. That beyond time, beyond ability, beyond circumstance even, he would always belong to her. He means it in the sincerest most devout form of the word, because even when he’s been trained to the core not to love her, something deep with in him always would. It was a power beyond his own comprehension. Maybe it was written somewhere in fate.  It kills me. So this is one of many drawings I will do for them, for the power of that message, and all that is the Hunger Games.
